Tin to Flesh

I haven't blogged in a really long while, but after some recent events, I realized I needed to start blogging again. Not because I need to let the whole world what is going on in my daily life, but more as a self-reflection of my thoughts and actions. I realized I have been like the Tin Man (from the Wizard of Oz) for most of my life. I have lived most of my days without passion or emotion, just going through the motions robotically. I have to admit that many of my actions have been centered around selfish intentions, and as a result I have caused many people pain. I'm going to be starting a new chapter in my life really soon, and I vowed that I am going to start taking the people around me into consideration. It's time for me to take off this armor plate.
